For people who honestly want to know, i explain it kindly.  I have no
patience for people who refuse to do their own homework for stuff like
this (obviously CS classes, etc - its obvious from the questions they 
ask).  I *dont* want any more "book certified admins" out there than
absolutely necessary - e.g., like the "paper MCSEs"...

I should post some of the better stupid questions I get, after removing
the guilty party's names.  Some of them make me fear for mankind.
