Oooohhhhh, but I love pickled things. Tomatoes, hot peppers, eggplants,
celery, cauliflower, carrots, whatever. It gets fun when you pickle them
all together, or in various combinations. Or pickle tomatoes, then
re-use the juice when they're gone to pickle peppers. Or vice-versa.
