Hmm... Now that you mention it, yeah I have noticed that.  I don't know about this whole retro is cool thing.  I think last Saturday I was watching the A&E channel and they had a whole hour show devoted to 50's furniture.  The fashion and such doesn't bother me much.  The thought of religous and racial intolerance bothers me quite a bit.  I think it's all just a knee jerk reaction to all thats been going on.  I would certainly hope the intrusions aren't a permanent thing.  Although being a state employee I know "temporary" works.  Ok I think I have rambled enough.
