i've got an APC MasterSwitch plus with no UPS hooked up to it, so when i power it on, it sits there with the green light blinkin (UPS sleeping) and that's all it does. does anyone know how to outsmart this thing and get it to start up even without a UPS hooked up to it? i can't seem to figure it out (the manual is, well, less than useful) thanks!! -brian
