Well, when I was a customer buying an E10K, I saw the *original* Sun
workstation at the customer center in Menlo Park.  Serial #6, I believe -
they didn't want to admit it was the first one when they sold it...

I actually owned a Sun-1 for a time.  Owned (and cut my teeth on
originally) a bunch of Sun-2's.
