Yeah, but still, why port it to a new platform when the new platform also
then needs to be ported.  I mean, come on.  How hard can it be to say
everything goes in /etc, then do
ln -s /etc /usr/etc
ln -s /etc /usr/local/etc
for backwards compatibility with existing programs?
