I always tackle problematic dishes by hand. Especially for bachelors
(technically that includes me, but I live with family, so cleaning and
cooking isn't quite the same), the volume should be easy to handle.
Washing by hand you still get water spots unless you are obsessive. If
they bother you, just rinse the dishes and hand dry before allowing
company to see them.
Man, I cook, I clean, and I'm not gay (or effeminate). You'd think I'd
have an easier time finding a woman. I need to get away from the computer
departments more.
