[SunHELP] strange date in /var/adm/messages

It appear as though the battery has either failed is is failing. The jump in the date is a pretty clear indicator of that.

If you have a console hooked during the boot process, there should be an error message displayed during the nvram initialization about a problem with the 
battery.
