If I understand what Valery was asking for, it was something like
OpenBSD's authpf(8).  That lets you configure pf(4) so that users can log
in via ssh to the gateway and thereby authenticate their IP address. 
That, in turn, can set off changes in firewall rules for that IP address.

That same functionality is probably perfectly possible with IPFilter, but
it looks like it would require code to be written against IPFilter's
devices and interface.
