[SunHELP] Patch application and maintaenance

Hello All,

I just wanted some ideas and feedback from the list on the policies you have in your organization on Solaris patch application, how you document and test before you do it. Is there a tool which you use to automate this process and etc. I am trying to stream line the process and would like to come up with a good plan based on your preactices and suggestions.
