Seems fine to me as well .... except...
I guess u dont need the "ns                      IN      A
213.128.229.77"     line in the reverse zone file.

Just a hunch .. ha ha ha . Hope it works :-)

nslookup just doesn't seem to work at all.

neither dig or nslookup work on the reverse lookup so I think you could 
well be right but I can't see what is wrong with it:
