[SunHELP] How to determine network stats

Hi
  I want to determine network stats at any moment of time. Just like thru
iostat u can get to see the io %wise at any moment of time. Please let me
know how to go about seeing the network traffic. Also how any tool that can
do continuous sampling of netstat so that I can know that thru a network of
100mbps what % is getting acquired.
