[SunHELP] disk labeling

i have 4 drives on my sun ultra enterprise 150.  a
2gb, 1gb, 9gb and another 9gb.  for some reason one of
the 9gb drives does not show up,  first of all when i
type 'df' i get the following:

and when i type format i get the following:

Would anyone be kind enough to tell me what i could do
so that all the drives are seen and can be used?
