[SunHELP] how to recover from lost+found

The best you can do is look at the contents and attempt to identify it.  If
it's text, etc. then you can append it and rename it appropriately to create
a new file.

Things in lost+found are found data fragments (found with fsck) that are
moved here rather than simply discarding them.  

It's extremely common to just delete them.
