If you are talking about how to get sendmail to accept mail from a mail
user agent (MUA), see http://www.sendmail.org/~ca/email/auth.html

If you are talking about how to forward to another mail transfer agent
(MTA), AFAIK, you can not do it.

Once sendmail accepts mail from a MUA and attempts to send it to another
MTA on a different machine, there is no concept of username or password.

MTA to MTA transfers are authorized on a machine basis, not user.
