[SunHELP] flow control in udp???

Hi,
I am implementing a module above udp. In Solaris I find that usp is not
having any flow control routine i.e srv procedure. I also find that the QEND
flag is not set for udp. We are opening udp as device "/dev/udp". Is it not
necessary for the driver to handle flow control? I donot understand how udp
is not the stream end. It would  be of great help if someone can clarify
this.
