[SunHELP] Memory errors on an AXi

I am getting spontanious reboots on an AXi based system which I just
upgraded with RAM from Crucial.com, part #CT156218. Error message tells me
the DIMM in J0304 is causing the error, but I am looking for a more
specific reason for the error. Any ideas?
