[SunHELP] sync gives no callback routine has been installed ?

Hi all,

One of the remote client in my network has started to
restart itself. 
It gives Undefined kernel messages and than reboots
again. 

It is a ultra 5 with Sol2.5.1

I tried to run test-all at OK promt and everything is
passed. But sync tells that no callback routine has
been installed. 

I don not what does it mean and what the reason can be
for rebooting again and again.
