[SunHELP] slow write times

I'm running solaris 8 with Veritas Volume manager 3.0.4.  The rootvol is
mirrored to another 18GB disk in the same A5000 disk array.  I had this
setup before with solaris 2.6, and my write times were significantly less.
Right now, as you see below, the write times average 155.7ms.  Any ideas on
how to improve this?
