Hello,

I would like to know how to add an <Upload> mechanism to a web
server.
This should contain a <Browse> button on a web page, with which a document 
on a local computer can be located and afterwards uploaded
to the web server. Something equivalent to making attachments on free
web mail servers like yahoo, hotmail etc.

Any pointers/howtos/cookbooks are greatly appreciated.
