Hi Lance

I am not sure of the telnet session but if you are using exceed that can
be done easily. In the Xstart Client Startup Application you need to
search for other settings and in that you need to give your UserID and
Password in the @u and @p field of the Login Macros. This should get you
started.

Thanks

Subject: [SunHELP] Automating a telnet session.

Hi Folks,

I have an application that requires the user to telnet
to a machine (from a Windows PC) and run a command. I
want to save the user the effort of typing in the
username and password and then typing out a command at
the prompt. Can all these be done by a single script
or batch file?

Any lead shall be appreciated.

Thanks,
Lance.
