i am a beginner in solaris .
you can find df -k result in attachment.
i give all 8Gb of my hard to root / at installation
time but i dont know=20
why solaris locate 7GB to /export/home .
how can i expand this 7GB to / and others.

You really need to put more thought into your questions before you ask =
them if you expect to be helped. Paste the output from the failed =
commands so people can see the errors for themselves, because your =
descriptions are pretty poor so far.=20

i have installed solaris 8 x86 on my computer .
i have 15GB hard disk but give 8GB to solaris
at installation time and add all patchs recommanded
but now when i want to add some other patch files=20
system give me following error:
alloc :/: file system full
but i have too many free space on my computer.
what is my problem.
