[SunHELP] [Q] how to check SPARC 5 CPU Mhz ?

we have several SUN SPARC 5 with Solaris 2.6 , 2.7 or 8 installed.  
I can NOT find "prtdiag" program to check CPU Mhz.  Does their has other
way to check?
