You need to copy slice 2 as this is defined as the whole disk.

# dd if=/dev/rdsk/c0t0d0s2 of=/dev/rdsk/c0t1d0s2 bs=63k

Target and controller will vary as required, not sure about the blocksize
though, can anybody clarify the usage here?
