No. isainfo tells you what the currenly running kernel supports.

If you do a 'isainfo -b', and it says 64, then you're running a 64bit
kernel. Obviously, you cannot run a 64bit kernel on 32bit-only hardware.

UltraSPARC-based machines can run either 32 or 64. The default is to boot
the 64bit kernel (except on Ultra-1 machines). However, UltraSPARC
machines can be made to boot a 32bit kernel by default by setting a PROM
variable.
