I don't know how it will work on your system, but you could try:
 
mpstat
example:  # mpstat 1 5
 
The above will give you stats for each CPU every second, five times.
 
"man mpstat" for more info.

I have a PW400 (Fujitsu solaris box) - equiv. Sun E420R with 4 phisical cpus
 
Is there any command to see individual cpu workload ?
 
/usr/openwin/bin/perfmeter gives me total cpu workload.
