[SunHELP] Restricting telnet and ftp

I am not aware of a similar feature under Solaris.

Users who don't need telnet might not need a shell at all.

A quality FTP server like ProFTD has many features to improve access 
control.

Then there is tcpWrappers to provide host based ACL for services like 
ftp, telnet, finger etc...
