[SunHELP] Machine can not boot up.

Hello,

Thanks everyone! It turns out that one of the memory chip is  bad. And I
also set local-mac-addr to true to avoid broadcasting ARP/RARP packet at
boot time.

Pull memory modules, and boot with one at a time until the error is
reporoduced.  Replace the bad module.
