[SunHELP] Mix of 18 GB and 36 GB internal SCSI drives.

Having just read the install guide for the backplane upgrade module for an
E450 it looks like you can mix the disks but the results may be
unpredictable. Essentially it seems that you may run into timing issues
between the different devices. 

I would expect it to behave in standard SCSI fashion and just run everything
at a rate that the slowest device can handle.

Hi! I have a SUN E450 with 1 internal UltraSCSI Channel. There are 2
internal 18 GB SCSI drives on this channel. I know that I can have upto 4
disks on 1 SCSI channel. What I want to know is can I add 2 internal 36 GB
drives on this 1 channel which I have. i.e. can I mix 18 GB and 36 GB drives
on 1 internal SCSI channel.

The specs on the E450 does imply that I can mix but I need confirmation. I
am also trying to contact SUN on this. Thought that I might get an answer
faster here.
