i think that attachment is a little more than he needs since he isn't planning
on making this a mail server.  HOWEVER, i would recommend that he changes the
DS to point to his mail server:

from: DSmailhost.$M to: DS<machine_name>.$m where machinename is the mail box.

that way mail that the system or that oracle sends out will be able to get to
non-local accounts.
