[SunHELP] TIMEZONE

[Sangbutsarakum, Patai]

Dear folks
Would anybody explain me about the difference between
TZ=xxxxx when I us set command, and 
Timezone value when I use date command --> Tue Jul  3 13:58:38 XXX 2001
I used Solaris 2.6. 
What's ICT stand for?
What should it be in my system? 
Says, I'm in Bangkok, it should be ICT or GMT+ 7 or what???
