[SunHELP] notice messages

I have these lines coming in my /var/adm/messages file

Jan 31 18:53:24 ultra31 unix: NOTICE: bwtwo: 64-bit driver module not found
Jan 31 18:53:24 ultra31 unix: NOTICE: audio: 64-bit driver module not found
Jan 31 18:53:24 ultra31 unix: NOTICE: cgthree: 64-bit driver module not found

what do they mean, and should I do something about it?
