Has anybody created a C drive bigger then 2G Yet.

I have created a 8G Drive but when I loaded w2k it made the drive 2G. 
The docs say to use 
convert c: /fs:ntfs 
I have not had luck @ this. It did how ever remake my drive ntfs. But
did not grow the file system to 8G.

Any help would be great.
