That only works on sun4u systems. The sparc 20 is a sun4m box. At least 
as far as I know, I could be wrong.

First, you can run this command # /usr/platform/`uname -i`/sbin/prtdiag 
-v          This command will tell if there is any error in the system, 
if no error, check the powersupply by replacing it. If the system still 
crash, you may need to change the cpu. Sometime you need to try couple 
of stuff.
