[SunHELP] Looking for a Call Tracking System!!!

Two that were mentioned in "Linux Journal" a couple of months back might be 
of interest...IRM (http://www.redshift.com/~yradmin/atp/irm/index.phtml) 
and Request Tracker (http://www.fsck.com/projects/rt).  Both run on top of 
MySQL; one's in C, the other's in PHP.

Just my 2c worth...donate the change to the "Buy Alan a Sparc 5 so he can 
throw out his M$ machine" fund.
