[SunHELP] SunMC 2.1.1 ALARM Tab

Hi all,

I'm in trouble with SunMC 2.1.1 ....

The customer installed Symon server and several Client;
now, he starts the console on server and he is able to get information about the 
clients
(info like HW, soft,, ....) but if you choose a Client (double-clic on the icon) 
and
select the ALARM Tab obtain:


Exception occured during alarm request
initial SET request failed;nested exception is
com.sun.symon.base.server.receptors.rmi.RMIResponseException:too many 
consecutive reports

Which one of you could give me an help ??
