[SunHELP] Ultra 10

Hi All,
       My Ultra 10 Server is giving the following problem and I cannot log 
into the system, the error message is:

Warning:/pci at 1f, 0/pci at 1, 1/ide03 (ata0):timeout:reset: bus,target=0lun=0
/pci at 1f,0/pci at 1, 1/ide03/dad at 0, @(dad0):
ATA transport failed: reason 'timeout: retrying command

Can someone help.
