[SunHELP] Warning: [AFT1] EDP event on CPU11

This is a standard ecache data parity error (EDP).  Typically happens during
low activity when the CPU cache is not refreshed.  Can be alleviated with a
'scrubber patch' or a cpu replacement (with what may be called a hardened
CPU).

I recieved this message in the var/adm/messages file and it
seems like the machine rebooted?
Any idea what, why this happened?
