Is there an option in the NIS makefile to specify a MINUID and MINGID
for NIS maps?
I have seen this in RedHat but the option seems to get ignored in
Solaris 7 and 8.
I would like to be able to use one password file to authenticate all
users on all systems.
Without this option I have to maintain a secondary passwd, groups, and
shadow file on the NIS server.
=20
TIA
Dave Baldwin
