[SunHELP] tcp wrapper refused connect from 0.0.0.0

I have installed tcp_wrapper on Solaris 8 box,
and tested  on FTP service.

When trying to ftp to the box, from outside IP address
(not behind firewall), the log on the server says:

in.ftp refused connect from 0.0.0.0

Anyone ran across this before ?
