[SunHELP] HARD DISK Error message

Hi,
I'm beginner of Solaris system.

I'd like to know how is the format of messages ,including sense bytes, 
displayed on console or recorded in /var/adm/messages when HARD Disk or 
RAID Disk ERROR ,e.g write error ,read error .. so on, occured.

I've been making the trouble-shooting procedure for following environment.
 
Environment
Server system   : EP250 (sparc)
Solaris Version : 2.6
HARD DISK(third party) : attached PCI adapter (SCSI)
RAID(third party) : attached PCI adapter (SCSI)

Please tell me a example of error messages.
