[SunHELP] read man pages manually

man -m <path_to_man_dir> <manpage>

		OR

Add the path to the man page to your LD_LIBRARY_PATH variable in your
.profile (sh/ksh) .cshrc 
(csh).  Then resource your .profile/.cshrc.

Using one of the above methods you will be able to read the man pages.

nroff -man manpage.file | more

If man does not see the man page files you're trying to read, then you
will need to add that man directory to your MANPATH environment variable.

'man man' will tell you about that.
