[Sunhelp] System Crash-Urgent Help Pls

Hi Admins,
          One of our development servers and Sun Ultra-10 with Solaris 2.6
has crashed and it is now in the ok prompt. When I gave boot it gave the
following err msg   

Boot device: disk2 file and args:
Short disk read
Illegal instruction

and came back to ok prompt.

Why is this happenning?. Any Disk problems...pls let me know.
