It appears that you have several devices daisy chained off of a SCSI 
connector, and that at least one of the SCSI devices on that chain is slower 
(i.e SCSI instead of fast or Wide or fast wide or UltraWide ) so all devices 
have to sync up to the lowest speed on the chain. That's my guess.

(Solaris 2.6, latest cluster patch)
