->Are you sure that Solaris 2.6 supports IDE disks larger than 8GB? Check out ->the Solaris 2.6 manuals on http://docs.sun.com. Got it to work. First I had to upgrade to Solaris2.7. Then since I had ran newfs on the drive in Solaris2.6 I had to "dd if=/dev/zero of=/dev/rdsk/c0t3d0s2" for about 30 seconds. Rebooted and all was good. Thanks for the tips. Bob
