New memory, yes (SS4/SS5 RAM is unique in the Sun line).  You could use
the same disks and brackets in a SS20 (and the same case and powersupply,
for that matter) but to keep using your disks in a SS10 you would probably
need to put them in an external case.

Another big advantage of going with a SS20 is that when you want to
upgrade to something like an Ultra 1 you can keep your memory and disks.
Just need new drive brackets.
