On the off chance that anyone here needs anything like this, I have a
large pile (20+?) of ethernet media converters sitting around (Allied
Telesyn, CentreCOM MC12T's).  They go from 10baseT (MDI or MDI-X) to AUI
and can be used to go from 10baseT to other formats (such as 10base2) by
adding a transciever.
