[SunHELP] Solaris 8 Installation Question - E 220R

Greetings:

I am trying to install Solaris 8 on a new E 220R from a CD. The
installation hangs right in the beginning where the boot manager tries
to find the system disk -- so that it can install the initial kernel.
The disks are visible from the
probe-scsi-all. Both the disks 0 and 1 are visible. As a result, the
installation just hangs.

I am wondering what's going on. Any help before I invoke the 800 support
call and wait, is appreciated.
