[Sunhelp] restrict users from telnet

edit /etc/default/login file look for "# CONSOLE=" line and 


making the line CONSOLE= -- doesn't allow any one to login as root. only way
to 					become root is su.
making the line CONSOLE=/dev/console -- lets root login only from console 
making the line #CONSOLE=(whatever) -- alowes root login from anywhere..
