That looks to me like you have a CPU in slot 0, and a CPU in slot 3. 
You might want to take a look inside the case.  The slots are labelled
on the motherboard.  If that's factual, it could potentially be CPU
problems, although I couldn't tell for sure without the hardware facts.

If you look inside the case at the mainboard, you'll see there are 4
slots for cpus, and 4 slots for the second part (I can't recall the name
of them) on the board.  Check and make sure you have both parts plugged
into corresponding slots.

Was another CPU added recently?
